Directions: To enjoy in cold water without clumping, mix with room temperature water first and then add ice. Collagen powder will clump in cold water. For optimum nutritional benefits, drink as suggested on an empty stomach. Stir vigorously or use blender for best results. Can also be added to smoothies, coffee, soups, and other foods. For adults, add approximately 1 scoop (10 g) of Multi Collagen Protein powder 1 to 2 times daily with 6-8 ounces of room temperature water or juice and mix thoroughly.
